1. Damaged or Broken Products
If your order is delivered in a damaged or broken condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
To process your request, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged outer packaging and the product.
- Mention the damage while accepting delivery from the courier partner, if possible.
- Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
- Email the images along with your order number to support@greensovabotanical.com.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear images of the product and packaging.
- Keep the product unused and in its original condition.
- Email your request to support@greensovabotanical.com.
Once your request is approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup where available. After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of herbal teas and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
- If you did not like the taste, aroma, or personal preference of the product.
- If the product has been opened, used, or consumed.
- If the request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product has been damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
